Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return requirements:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undyed, and unperfumed.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Any product marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the shoe box in original condition, without postal labels.
- Bags sold with a dust bag or other packaging must be returned with the original dust bag and packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable: lingerie, stockings, hair accessories, hats, and earrings.
- Please note that if you paid shipping on your original order, you will not receive shipping charges when we receive your return. If your return does not meet requirements, it may be returned at additional cost to the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you're approved, your refund will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 1-3 business days for your refund to be officially issued.
